Workplace strategy
Our workplace strategy offer is tailored to our clients’ needs. We work with our clients and the broader consultant team to develop property and workplace approaches to support our clients’ future business, brand and cultural drivers.
Our workplace strategy recommendations are based on data and an understanding of what differentiates and makes our client successful.
Our typical approach may include:
- A discovery phase to capture/ review data and an understanding of our client’s business, brand and cultural aspirations
- Occupation studies to capture/ review actual workplace utilisation
- Client engagement sessions to establish a Workplace Vision, the desired workplace experience and to explore workplace approach options
- Development of a new work setting menu
- Stacking, blocking and test planning
- Visual positioning/ ‘look and feel’ workshops – aligned to the desired brand positioning and values
- People change support including; identifying the extent of change and change readiness, engaging with our client’s people to support a positive change journey and providing communication material to support internal communication.
Building upgrade
Greenbox has expertise in upgrading commercial buildings. This includes upgrade works aligned to tenant’s future expectations, building repositioning and works required to ensure compliance with building code requirements. Most recently we have also provided advice to our local and global clients on how to refurbish buildings with human-centered design in mind to best support hybrid working models.
We appreciate the complexities involved in upgrading buildings that are occupied and bring extensive experience in how to minimise disruption through consideration of construction staging and fabrication of building elements off-site.
Building comparative assessment
Greenbox provides building comparative assessments for buildings shortlisted by our clients for their potential future office location. Our advice often forms a part of our client’s business case.
This scope of service may include:
- Location assessment
- Building assessment
- Area on offer assessment
- Typical working floor assessment
- Test planning of typical work floors and specialist floors
- Engagement with the client, other stakeholders and approval authorities
- Compiling the work of other consultants, eg services engineers and cost consultants into a single assessment and recommendation report.
Architectural due diligence
Greenbox provides architectural due diligence and site assessment services to ascertain the suitability of a site for the proposed development. Our advice often forms a part of our client’s business case.
